Okay. So the last time I cheered was in middle school for 2 years. I'm currently in high school (Junior). I want to engage in cheer leading again before my school year ends. ^^
The problem is I have a hard time staying on track with my fitness. I weigh 185 and am 5"7. I need to at least go down to 160.
So I need motivation because without this I believe I wont be getting that much far with my goal. I need someone hard too, that will get mad/angry at me if I make an excuse to miss a workout or eat something I shouldn't. I want someone who knows what they're doing.
I also want to learn how to BHS. The make it look so easy but when I tried I was so scared to even do it on a trampoline. And I've been out of shape so long, I forgot how to do a cartwheel.
