Good ways to stretch(tips)
Hey- I'm going to be trying out for my highschool cheer team(Kentwood) and would like to know if anyone had good ways or tips to stretch for my Bow and Arrow, and (especialy) my scorpion.

Hey, I know this might be late but my mom is a physical threapist... or however you spell that and she told me that there is such thing called the elastic stretch and plastic stretch. The elastic is hold any stretch such as a split for 60 seconds or less, if you do that the muscule will just snap back into normal place like a rubber band, stretch it but it always goes back to normal. With the plastic stretch hold, say your split, for 90 seconds and that actually stretches out the muscule and enables you to stretch farther the next time. Hopefully this can help(:
