Heroes: although i have many heros in my life, the ones that influence me the most r REGGIE N LEANN MCORMICK. about 2 years ago, they were asked to leave the gym, in which they helped making a big succes. not only were they asked to leave the gym, but thye were asked to not keep any contact with the girls they once coached. Reggie and Leann were heartbroken. in stead of being sad, they stood up for what they thought was right. they opened up there own gym, IMPACT ALLSTARS. this gym is a huge success. And i currently cheer for them. in 2005 (there first year) they brought 2 teams to cheer of america ultimate nationals (COA) ther junior large level 2 team bring home 1st place! This year in 2008 they brought 7 teams to COA, we brought home 3 first place championships, 2 second places, 1 fifth place, and 1 fourth place. senior hip hop team SHOW STOPPERS was honered with a partially paid bid to DANCE WORLDS. IMPACT was also recognized as PROGRAM OF THE YEAR and FAN-TASTIC AWARD. What a successful 07-08 session. are gym motto is FAMILY, nowing we r a FAMILY, is my favorite part. yelling FAMILY after practice, and doing r silly rituals before taking the compition mat. at IMPACT FAMILY means that every single boy and girl on evey team can turn to a coach or team-mate and know that were always there for them. Reggie and LeAnn teach me cheer skills as well as life skills, they've aught me to love all different types of people cuz our teams r so diverse. Reggie and LeAnn have so many traits of heros. they teach us to be phenominal, but to be it with out thinking were better than other gyms and team-mates. they never forget FAMILY VALUES!! REGGIE AND LEANN HAS MADE IMPACTS AND VICTORYS ALL OVER THE STATE, CONNECTICUT, AND CHEERLEADERS!!
